If you bought your product directly from SOLOSHOT or SOLOSHOT.com, and you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you can return it following the below procedure. Your card will be credited upon receipt of the returned merchandise at SOLOSHOT's place of business. Please note SOLOSHOT is not responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns.
- Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from a SOLOSHOT Customer Support Agent (contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 866-347-0869).
- Package the products you have been authorized to return along with a copy of the RMA information.
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the box and send to the address below.
